Appeals.
Think a decision against you was wrong? Every punishment on Plexa can be appealed, in one place, with your side of the story.
What you can appeal
Bans
Temporary and permanent bans on PlexaRP, PlexaRP Balkan and PlexaRP Voice.
Warnings
Warnings on your record in any of the three worlds.
Admin jail
Time in admin jail, including time you have not served yet.
Character kills
A character killed by staff decision. If the appeal succeeds, staff restore the character by hand.
Plexa Chat restrictions
Network-wide restrictions on Plexa Chat. Restrictions inside one community space are appealed to that space.
Forum bans
Bans on the forum, for accounts signed in with Plexa ID.
How it works
- Sign in to Plexa ID and open Appeals. Every punishment on your account is listed there, from every world. A ban in a game never locks your Plexa ID, so you can always get in.
- Pick one and tell us your side. What happened, why you think the decision was wrong, and anything that shows it, like a clip or screenshots.
- The admin who gave it reviews it first. They know the case best. If they have not answered within 16 working days, another reviewer picks it up.
- Not happy with the answer? You can escalate once. A senior member of staff who was not involved looks at it again, within 30 days.
- If it is accepted, it is lifted for you. Bans, warnings, jail time, chat restrictions and forum bans come off automatically, and you get an email.
Questions
Can someone appeal for me?
No. Appeals are filed from the account that was punished, so we know the person appealing is the person involved. If you cannot sign in, use the account help on Plexa ID first.
Can I appeal a punishment from years ago?
Yes, if it is still on your record. Old warnings can still be reviewed.
What if I disagree with how a member of staff treated me, not the punishment?
That is a complaint, not an appeal. Complaints go to the team that looks after staff conduct.
Will I hear back?
Yes. You get an email when you file, when staff ask you something and when a decision is made, and the full history is on your appeal page.
