Paid work, shared rewards

We are one of the only text roleplay communities that pays its developers and shares its income with the team.

Developers are paid. Every new system, fix and feature comes from developers we pay. Paid roles are contracted hourly through Phytoventures Ltd.
The team shares in what it earns. A share of what PlexaRP earns goes back to the team, and our administration team is offered generous revenue share packages.
Training comes first. Nobody gets staff powers without learning the job properly, and the learning carries on once they are in.
Everyone answers for their actions. Staff follow written rules, what they do is logged and checked, and rank is not a shield.

The kinds of work that keep Plexa running. Not every route is open all the time, so each one says where it stands.

Development

Game systems, in-game interfaces, the control panel and the launcher. PlexaRP is TypeScript, Vue 3 and MySQL on FiveM, and the launcher adds Rust and Tauri.

How to apply

Play and get involved. We look for people who are already part of the community and treat others well.
Pick your route. Staff roles start with a message on Discord, creators apply through the Creator Programme, and developer openings are posted on the PlexaRP developers page.
Start with training. Every new staff member works through our training programme before getting any powers.
